Most Saturday mornings, from 7-8:30 a.m., a group gathers to study Scripture, Bible history and theology. Since most Mexicans work six days a week, this represents a serious commitment to learning more about God’s Word.
The classes offered include a general overview of the Bible, an overview of the Old & New Testaments, a systematic theology course, and several books studies including "Experiencing God" and "The Case for Christ". We are excited to be able to offer additional courses like these for those who want to continue in their Biblical training and understanding.
Each class includes homework and group projects.
Our goal is to train lay leaders who are competent and confident enough to help others who would like to know more about Gods. These classes also provide a great training place for our cell group pastors. Those who graduate from them not only have a sense of accomplishment, but they are able to articulate the main themes of the Bible and use them to help disciple their peers.
Interest and participation in our Bible training classes continues to grow each semester. Praise God for the hunger He has given so many in our congregation!
